Visiting us
If you wish to visit us at our Liverpool city centre office, our public enquiry counter area is on the 7th floor of Castle Chambers and is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Castle Chambers is situated on Castle Street (next to Collinge & Co Hairdressers). It is easily accessible by public transport from all parts of Merseyside. There is even a bus stop right outside the front door.

While we don't operate an appointment system, we will try to see you as soon as possible. We can offer use of an interview room if you would like to speak to a member of staff privately about your enquiry.
